This is an example of how a typical day may flow. The rhythm of each day adapts to the phase of the detox, with quieter days for deep release and more active days for integration.
**Morning**
Gentle wake-up, hydration
Optional gentle movement practice (Qi Gong, Hatha, Yin or Restorative Yoga)
Light warming detox nourishment or freshly prepared cold-pressed vegetable juices
Morning check-in, reflection, educational session
**Midday**
Continued hydration, herbal teas, and light nourishment as appropriate
Scheduled therapies, bodywork, or one-to-one support
Time for rest, journaling, or gentle time in nature
**Afternoon**
Guided workshop, integration practice, or facilitated reflection
Free time for rest, spa use, or quiet contemplation
Ongoing access to teas, warmth, and supportive nourishment
**Evening**
Gentle evening practice (breathwork, meditation, sound healing or Yoga Nidra)
Light evening nourishment where applicable
Early night to support deep rest, repair, and detoxification
Guests are encouraged to listen to their body and participate only in what feels supportive. Rest, warmth, nourishment and integration are considered essential parts of the programme.
Support and guidance are available throughout the day, with facilitators on hand to respond to individual needs.
