A powerful inner journey
This was a lovely course that built on key concepts from week to week with time in between to observe and practice. Helena shared wisdom in a way that was easy to understand and integrate into daily life. I was especially grateful for the last workshop on Compassion Mindfulness which provided some good insight on how to better navigate emotionally charged situations with others.
