Amy Wolff
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
With over 30 years of experience teaching yoga, Amy blends the wisdom of yoga with the science of anatomy, Traditional East Asian Medicine, and mindful movement. As a licensed acupuncturist and doctoral candidate in integrative medicine at AIMC Berkeley, she is passionate about helping people understand the deeper conversations taking place within their bodies, seeing symptoms not as something to fight against, but as invitations to listen more closely.
Amy finds joy in the intersection of movement, medicine, and mindfulness, believing that nature, stillness, and meaningful community are among our greatest teachers. She invites others to approach healing with curiosity, compassion, and the quiet confidence, in a practical and heartfelt way, that everything we need to begin is already within us.
She lives in Petaluma, where she finds endless inspiration in nature, community, her growing family and the simple rituals like cooking and sharing a great meal that remind us to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home to ourselves.
