What do you offer your clients? I have been a psychotherapist and a team leader for over two decades, working with thousands of clients offering experiential, therapeutic groups and workshops, training, and counselling. Based on these decades of experience, I've designed the Know Your Worth course to help individuals experience emotional well-being, growth, and resiliency.

What is the intention of your authentic work? Why does knowing your worth matter? Knowing your worth and understanding your self is important for one central reason: because it offers us a route to improved relationships, happiness, contribution to our communities and fulfilment. Not understanding our worth can lead to a lack of direction and repeating mistakes in our lives, such as in relationships, in our career, and in our financial security. When we invest in understanding our self-worth, we make better choices in life specifically in our relationships and who we surround ourselves with, which can be a significant determinant in how successful we are in life.
