Anie Boudreau
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Anie (they/them) is a Certified Yoga Therapist, an Advanced-level Addiction Recovery Coach & Trainer, and Certified Contemplative Psychology Educator. She is a specialist in pain science, nervous system regulation, movement for trauma, psychedelic treatment for addiction recovery and the psychology of the mind and how to have difficult conversations. Anie is diligently learning to connect more deeply with the unseen energies and spirit guides who lead & support her on this journey.
Anie is a white person residing on Turtle Island. The uprisings for Black Lives in the summer of 2021 awakened her to the need to integrate an anti-racist lens to her work, and into a deepening inquiry around how to reckon with the legacy of white appropriation with in the spiritual and healing industries she exists within. She is currently laying the foundations for a her learning (and unlearning) as she commits to a lifetime of undoing racism and other forms of oppression, including discerning how to be in financial repair & reciprocity with the People of Color lineages that have assisted with her own healing and lay at the foundations of her work in the world.
