Why study with them?
I spent my career deep in the corporate grind for years, working in tech sales and then transitioning to tech sales leadership. The stress and anxiety became a normal part of my day and I began using unhealthy coping mechanisms to get by.
I noticed how disconnected I became to my authentic self and I saw my relationships suffer because of this.
When I had my first experience with plant medicine, it completely changed the lens that I viewed the world through. It allowed me to understand more about myself, so I could connect deeper with others and the existing life around me.

For the past three years, I have been facilitating transformational journeys through breathwork, sound healing, meditation, psychedelic integration, and microdose coaching.

Wonderful facilitator and Guide
Her kind gentle approach was lovely to be around. She guided and gave space for each person throughout the weekend. The retreat was filled with amazing individuals and facilitators that she brought together to make the experience everything you would want it to be: Transformational, introspective, fun, informative, and challenging in the ways that help you grow and learn more about who are meant to be as you journey through your days ahead. This was a weekend I will be journaling about for many days to come. Thank you Sheenae for the wonderful experience!
