About the Teacher

Why study with them?

For decades, Pema has practiced and taught
mix of yoga and pilates. His teaching is fun,
full of attention and adapts to all levels of practitioners
Passionate about sport since a young age, he practiced
intensively tennis and martial arts (Athletics, Boxing
Thai, Capoeira, Judo).
Always looking for an allied practice more than
flexibility, balance and muscle strengthening, it
undertake training at the Pilates Center in Santa Barbara
in California
It was during a retreat in an Ashram in India that he took
awareness of the importance of linking body and mind through
of a Yoga of life. He trains in different styles of Yoga:
Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyenga
Eat well, meditate, practice yoga every day,
Doing good to those around you are the pillars of your practice.
