About the Teacher
Why study with them?
My yoga journey began in the Australian Outback, where I lived and worked in an indigenous community. Although I initially saw yoga as physical exercise, I experienced its unexpected spirituality. Back in Germany, I continued my yoga practice, gradually delving deeper into its spiritual aspects.
I completed my 200-hour Teacher Training in Hatha- and Vinyasa Yoga at the Gayatri School in Tenerife. For advanced training, I went to Goa to explore the roots of yoga in India, focusing on Yoga Anatomy and Vinyasa Yoga. I also trained in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga.
I have a deep love for leading Cacao Ceremonies and creating transformative environments. I'm passionate about the arts and love exploring creativity and self-expression.
I travel the world, sharing my passion for yoga and fitness while guiding students on their personal journeys. In my classes, I seamlessly blend the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, offering creative Hatha-Vinyasa Flows, breathwork, and meditation to deepen your practice. I believe in making yoga enjoyable for all, regardless of your level, and I value your overall experience in my classes.
"The most beautiful gift is when my students open their eyes with a big smile after one of my classes."
