Two yrs ago, Tamara moved Mexico to immerse in the local food culture & express her unique interpretation as a passionate chef in a creative manner. Tamara brings items from the local markets of coastal Oaxaca – an area rich in culinary treasure – to the table with meals that celebrate traditional Mexican flavors with a modern, plant-forward twist, using fresh, local ingredients.
