Jessica is a Psychotherapist, Neurodiversity Coach, and Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach in Edinburgh, Scotland. She holds an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh, a COSCA certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a SCOTACS Diploma in Counselling for Individuals and Groups with a CBT approach, and a certificate in Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. In the past, she has worked at Harvest dispensaries in San Francisco as a community educator, at the Center for Complementary and Alternative Treatment in Burbank, California, supporting autistic and epileptic children and families as part of a multidisciplinary team, at Enlightened Integrative Medicine and Nutrition in L.A. providing education and nutritional support for palliative care patients, and as co-host of the HempRadio podcast in L.A. Jessica began her work in psychedelics in 2017 as a volunteer with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) at psychedelic conferences, drug policy conferences, and festivals, providing psychedelic support and trip-sitting in MAPS’s Zendo Project. Since 2019, Jessica has been an Autism Specialist Mentor in the Student Disability and Learning Support Service at the University of Edinburgh. Jessica has extensive personal experience with psychedelics, is passionate about providing caring, evidence-based psychedelic support, and is particularly interested in the relationship between peak experiences and lasting positive mental health outcomes.
