Roberta Harris

My name is Roberta Harris and I’m a Life Coach with a specialty in youth, in the West End of Toronto and I created and facilitate this workshop from my heart, distilling decades of self-development and meditation work which has guided me through life's heartbreaks, successes, joys, failures and my many, many experiences of stillness, beauty and healing from nature. As well, from my 20+ years, professional work in trauma with kids and adults, leading youth wilderness camps, neighbourhood youth clubs, big sister mentoring work, my current Outdoor Education Instructor profession and much more.
