I'm passionate about guiding individuals to unleash their full potential and thrive. With over a decade of experience as a (cheer)leader and coach, I've witnessed firsthand the incredible growth and transformation that comes from dedicated coaching and teamwork.

But what I believe truly sets me apart is my unwavering belief in the power of vulnerability. I have discovered that it is through embracing our vulnerabilities that we tap into our greatest strength and authenticity. I too have felt lost and lonely sometimes, I have been in need for what I'm blessed to offer you through this retreat.
