Drawing from her extensive exploration of movement and yoga philosophy, Jessica aims to guide her students towards deeper self-awareness and integration of the mind-body connection into their daily lives. Having traveled to 28 countries and counting, Jessica is thrilled to share her love for travel, yoga, wellness, and authentic connections with you in the Canary Islands!
