I am Luzia

This year, I celebrate 20 years of Yoga teaching. Being a mother of three amazing kids and homeschooling two, I dedicate myself to them and my passions for Yoga, natural healing, writing, and nature. With a degree in environmental engineering, I soon diverted my life to healing and spirituality, working nowadays with Ayurveda, energetic healing through aura reading techniques, and Yoga. My clients spread throughout the world through online and presential consultations. I have a kind, compassionate nature that helps those just starting their yogic path understand and fit into the yoga practice. My main goal is to pass the teaching of natural healing through Yoga and Ayurveda, making the nurturing wisdom available to all searching for it by simplifying the ancient tools I dedicate to study along with my partner Daniel.
