I set up Men’s Retreats UK to create spaces for men to come together to explore the mind, purpose and what it means to be a man in today’s world.

Each of our spaces encourage brotherhood, community and mature masculinity as we embark on this journey into self.

As a Counsellor, my work has focused heavily on issues to do with trauma, addiction, and I also have a keen interest in identity, self-worth and boundaries.

We are what we think and what we think governs how we feel - our beliefs shape our reality.
