Benedetta is returning to Puglia to host two more retreats with us. Studying and teaching since 2010, she is a certified E-RYT 200, RYT 500 multi-style yoga teacher and forever student, Bene teaches nowadays in three yoga schools in Munchen.

Expect creative sequences, clear instructions, strong focus on alignment and to break a sweat and a laugh. In the evening she will guide you into a relaxing en deep yin class.
