At Aavya, Sadhu leads movement sessions, mobility practices, yoga classes, and the guided experiences for Tapas: Fire & Ice, helping participants safely explore the transformative relationship between heat, cold, breath, and recovery.

His teaching style is grounded, encouraging, and accessible to practitioners of all levels.
