Vandana is an accomplished yoga teacher whose journey is shaped by a diverse range of experiences, from founding her own private yoga business to teaching at local studios. She holds a 200-hour yoga certification, a 95-hour certification in Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness training and is currently pursuing a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher certification.
With extensive experience teaching at studios and providing private sessions, Vandana is dedicated to enhancing overall health and wellness through yoga. Specializing in one-on-one coaching, she creates personalized sessions tailored to individual needs, fostering improved flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Vandana believes in the transformative power of yoga to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace, empowering clients to navigate life with clarity and resilience.
Vandana's teaching encompasses a variety of yoga styles, including Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa, each focusing on different aspects of physical and spiritual development.
