It's a sacred space where you can shed layers of stress, rediscover your true nature, and let the magic of the moment unfold. Jen’s path began in 2007 when she first stepped onto the mat, not knowing it would transform her life. By 2015, she was sharing her love of yoga, guiding others to find joy and presence. With over 700 hours of yoga and meditation training, Jen remains a devoted student, constantly evolving her practice. Her classes offer mindful movement and breathwork designed to promote healing, inner alignment, and authentic living. Beyond the mat, Jen is immersed in the world of wellness, energy work, and personal growth, leading workshops and retreats that empower others to live in harmony with their true selves. Expect to leave her classes feeling grounded, uplifted, and deeply connected to your inner peace.
