About the Teacher

Why study with them?

She has over 2000 hours of total teaching experience and holds E-RYT500, the highest level of certification from the Alliance.

In 2017, she switched from being a shoe designer to being a yoga instructor.

She has an interest in the structure of the foot, and specializes in adjustments from the foot, which is the foundation of the body.

She is also the manager of a yoga studio, where she is involved in staff development and teaches more than 100 personal lessons per month in addition to group lessons. She has helped men and women of all ages with a variety of physical problems through yoga-based conditioning.

Currently, she is also in charge of athlete personal training for soccer players, professional golfers, and other athletes, specializing in conditioning using the knowledge of Ayurveda, herbs, and other forms of yoga.

As for wellness programs, we look at your daily posture and find out where your body is overused and where it has been resting, and awaken it to a balanced state.

You will experience the changes in your body through the dynamic approach of yoga to the muscles and bones and the static approach of oil treatment.
