About this Retreat
When she became pregnant, she began to study yoga seriously.
Wanting to support women's minds and bodies during pregnancy, when they tend to be unstable, she taught prenatal and postpartum yoga classes at an obstetrics and gynecology clinic.
Currently, she teaches group and personal yoga classes at yoga studios, obstetrics and gynecology clinics, and companies in Tokyo.
She is popular not only among women but also among working men for her lessons that are not just about moving, but about facing oneself in the present and becoming aware of one's heart and mind.
Many repeat students keep coming back for the lessons, which incorporate myofascial release and skeletal adjustment, and allow students to move with an understanding of their own body mechanics, thereby letting go of their ailments and making definite changes.
In yoga sessions, she offers myofascial release and yoga conditioning classes according to the body's habits and ailments,
Myofascial release and yoga conditioning are used to improve distortion and posture.
We offer a full-body conditioning oil treatment that is tailored to your mood and body condition of the day, providing you with a more relaxing time and the best experience possible.
She has over 2000 hours of total teaching experience and holds E-RYT500, the highest level of certification from the Alliance.
In 2017, she switched from being a shoe designer to being a yoga instructor.
She has an interest in the structure of the foot, and specializes in adjustments from the foot, which is the foundation of the body.
She is also the manager of a yoga studio, where she is involved in staff development and teaches more than 100 personal lessons per month in addition to group lessons. She has helped men and women of all ages with a variety of physical problems through yoga-based conditioning.
Currently, she is also in charge of athlete personal training for soccer players, professional golfers, and other athletes, specializing in conditioning using the knowledge of Ayurveda, herbs, and other forms of yoga.
As for wellness programs, we look at your daily posture and find out where your body is overused and where it has been resting, and awaken it to a balanced state.
You will experience the changes in your body through the dynamic approach of yoga to the muscles and bones and the static approach of oil treatment.

Accommodation
An annex to the Umisai Terrace Atami. Like the main building, it is available for use by only one couple per day. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One is a large room where everyone can stay in the same room and can be partitioned into two rooms, one with two queen beds and the other with two single beds. The other is a small Japanese-style room that can be used if you need a private room. There is a terrace on the ocean side with a view of the ocean beyond. You can go down to the pool garden from the hallway on the first floor and also from this terrace. There is also a kitchen, so you can prepare light meals in the pool garden or on the deck. The same rich spring water as in the main building of Umi Iro Terrace is used for bathing. Although you cannot see the ocean while soaking in the bathtub as in the main building, the bath is spacious and has two washing stations, so you can bathe together with your family. The large windows let in natural breezes and light, and the sound of insects and chirping birds can be heard while bathing in this half-open-air bath. The sauna in the pool garden is a Finland sauna that can also be self-launched. You can enjoy the view of the pool garden from the window. After the sauna, you can enjoy the large swimming pool right in front of you! Feel the bliss of nature while relaxing in the pool. When you feel cold, take a dip in the heated Jacuzzi. Please experience the luxurious sauna of the Umisai Terrace Atami Villa, with its location overlooking the ocean and mountains, pool, and Jacuzzi. In addition, dogs are welcome to stay with us. *For facility management, staff members are stationed in a separate area from the guests.
