Why study with them?
I’m Sonal Paladini, born and raised in India and now living in Germany.
I was introduced to Yoga from the time I was a kid. But it wasn’t until I was in my 20s that my regular practice began and developed.
I just turned 40, I’m a mother and a small business owner who spends long hours working on the laptop.
What started as a basic morning movement developed into a daily habit and then began my journey towards deepening my Yoga practice, doing my intensive 200-hour Yoga Teachers Training in India and learning about the ancient practices, Yoga philosophy, and principles.
Over the years of teaching Yoga, I have found ways to make the classes highly enjoyable and fulfilling for my participants so that they keep coming back.
My teaching style is a blend of ancient Yoga traditions and modern practices. I infuse elements of mindful movements, breathing techniques, self-love, and gratitude in my Yoga classes. I enjoy inversions and backends. I incorporate them in my flows to make them beginner-friendly and also add elements of challenges for advanced practitioners.
