Her journey began with her preferred master plant, Pinon Colorado, which played a key role in her early Sama. Trained under the esteemed Orlando Magin in the Shahuaya community - a native, indigenous locality of the Shipibo-Konibo - Rosa has refined her practice over 17 years, seamlessly merging art with traditional Amazonian practices.
