Awaken Your Soul is a place to work with a beautiful medicine. The setting is a huge part of being able to surrender and let go, AYS is somewhere I highly recommend to do some amazing self healing. Everything about this place is a huge reason I got to heal a lot. Anthony and Amber are amazing + have a great team at AYS. If anyone reading this is thinking of going down but aren’t quite sure (which is how I was) I can honestly say I have been to 2 retreats now. You will not be disappointed. You will get to eat great food, talk with amazing people and grow within yourself.

Having worked in the West with this medicine and then off to Gabon to be initiated, Iboga is the real deal. However, if Iboga has truly called you, look no further. Awaken Your Soul is the ultimate environment to hold and support you. Anthony and Amber and the entire staff welcome you with open hearts and hold you in their arms the entire time. From the accommodations, the incredible food, to the land, waterfalls, monkeys, iguanas and even a peacock, everything is pivotal in providing a container of healing and guidance. The way in which they plan everything, with specific days to rest and enough time for recovery and integration, works like I had never experienced before. I cannot recommend AYS more. AYS is an incredible center and a great choice for a spiritual retreat. Anthony and Amber lead their team and the group with love, joy, and authenticity. Throughout the initial intake process, wonderful mealtimes, challenging ceremonies, and excellent retreat programming, care and compassion were ever-present. The land is beautiful, the waterfall-filled pool a dream, and the facilities top-notch! I’m definitely considering another visit soon!

The resort is outstanding. The environment perfect for this experience. The food was amazing. The staff well I've never had strangers accept me so lovingly without judgement. They let you be who you are. That truly helps the plant medicine work within you having that support. I have the utmost respect and love for them and the work they're doing. They are the best. Awaken Your Soul is an ideal environment where healing and transformation can flourish. I truly awakened my body, mind, and soul while I was there. If you have been considering going to a retreat like this for some time, I assure you that you are in the right place. I came to Iboga looking for answers and to get help healing old trauma, but what I got was so much more. I’m learning how to love myself unconditionally. I’m learning how to be a better friend and partner. And I’m learning that things which have the most positive impact are never forced. Going to Awaken Your Soul was my first time working with Iboga and my first time going to a retreat center. Although Iboga makes you do the work, it also shows you that you have the power to do anything if you believe in yourself.
