New Earth Integration

When going on this retreat, I was able to have a new level of inner awakening as well as feeling the most grounded with the earth and our surroundings as I’ve ever felt. During our time there, we did many different energy sessions and exercises, both physically and mentally. This was a very uplifting experience and probably one is the most spiritual experiences I have ever gone through. Being surrounded by nature while going through these experiences made it so much better. While speaking with and working with Rose and Sean, there were so many times I experiences a lot of really emotional and deep feelings, and through doing that I was able to heal some of my past memories and feel so much more love and safety and support. I was also able to meditate the easiest I ever have, and being around them I was able to be in a more calm and meditative state overall. All in all, a weekend away from society and civilization while still being present in the world spiritually was a life changing experience. I would 1000% recommend a retreat with Rose and Sean to anyone out there seeking inner peace, spirituality, light, love and grounding.
