Prepare Your Body:
In preparation for your Ayahuasca journey, we recommend adhering to a mindful diet at least three days prior. Opt for vegetarian options and avoid coffee, salt, sugar, spices, junk food, and red meat. Plain chicken or fish are acceptable, as is olive oil. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. This mindful approach not only enhances the potency of the medicine but also promotes a smoother physical experience.

This was my first time out of country and doing ayahuasca was something completely new to me. Mario and his team however did an amazing job at making sure I felt safe, welcome, and they would answer any questions I had regarding truly anything. During the ceremony. They would play lovely music and his team did an amazing job at helping people when ever needed and making sure everyone’s needs are meet. Love love love everything they have done for me <3
