About this Retreat
For Marijn, working with psychedelics has been an integral part of his path. Two years of volunteering at a centre for self-realization in the quiet hills of Portugal have revealed a deep peace and clarity in his innermost being. Marijn feels called to support others in reconnecting to the simplicity of being and the pure beauty of nature. Marijn brings insight and alignment where needed and shares his music and mantras with a gentle guitar strum.
Merel supports and guides people towards self-connection with the aim of rediscovering our true nature and ultimately serving the wellbeing of all of life. She has the intention to contribute to a way of living that enriches life on Earth, biodiversity, ecosystem health, and true peace between and within people. Merel also teaches yoga classes and has a deep insight into the interconnectedness of all things.
Janneke aims to reconnect people to their most authentic selves. She has been teaching meditation, yoga and breathwork for over a decade, while also exploring the fields of plant medicine. Over the past seven years, she has been guiding personal growth processes, assisting people to find more clarity in the various challenges of life. She brings a peaceful and powerful presence as well as her soulful voice and music to each Ceremony.

Our Psychedelic Nature Retreat offers a unique opportunity for profound personal growth.
This retreat program is designed to shed light on aspects of your life or personality that require deeper exploration and attention. You will learn how to shift your awareness from your mind to your heart.
To enrich this journey, the ceremony integrates meditation, breathwork and bodywork, supported by beautiful live music. Our team of guides will be with you every step of the way, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience from beginning to end.
Our three-week retreat program unfolds as follows:
Online Preparation Workshop (1.5-2 hrs): Set the stage for your journey with essential insights and tools.
Immersive Ceremony in Maarn (24 hrs): A day of profound transformation in the serene embrace of nature.
Online Integration Workshop (1.5-2 hrs): Reflect, integrate, and plan your continued path of growth.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS RETREAT COST?
This all-inclusive psychedelic retreat costs € 1198 (including VAT). This includes a preparation workshop to prepare you for your psychedelic experience, a daily regiment of essential meditation and breath work exercises, access to the Spinoza app and our psychedelic masterclass, both dinner and breakfast including a delicious five-course vegan meal, an overnight psychedelic ceremony nestled in nature led by our expert guides, and an integration workshop to help harness your personal learnings towards your daily life.
WHAT KIND OF PSYCHEDELIC MEDICINE DO WE ADMINISTER?
In our retreats, we administer natural psilocybin in the form of psychedelic truffles, sourced locally and harvested organically from a nearby farm in the Netherlands.
WHERE IS THE RETREAT LOCATED?
Our retreat is located in the peaceful backdrop of a beautiful forest in the Netherlands, located one hour south of Amsterdam in the town of Maarn.
HOW LONG DOES THIS CEREMONY TAKE?
While the psychedelic ceremony can take anywhere between 4-6 hours, the actual retreat is 24 hours that requires an overnight stay to ensure that you have the proper rest, nutrition, and relaxation before and after the ceremony.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETREAT?
Please review the Inclusion and Exclusion Policy. This policy is made to establish guidelines for the fair and equitable selection of participants for the Spinoza Experience and to ensure that the program remains accessible and inclusive to all interested parties while preserving the safety, integrity, and quality of the experience for all participants.
WHAT WILL THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
1. You reserve your spot via Retreat Guru and pay a deposit.
2. A Team Member from Spinoza will contact you & send you a link for a 25 minute Intake Call including a medical screening.
3. If you are good to go we send you the booking confirmation. If you are not eligible we refund your deposit fully.

🚙 By car: Please park your car at the parking lot located next to the soccer field you pass just before entering the Buurtsteeg.
🚂 By public transport: Maarn is only a 15-minute train ride from the nearest city Utrecht. If you wish to go by train, please check the train schedule to plan your trip to Maarn. Once you get to Maarn, it’s an 11-minute walk to Buurtsteeg 7.

Accommodation
There is the option for everyone to sleep in the yurt, which we recommended, since it is also the place of ceremony. If people do not like it there is the option to sleep in a private room.

Located in a lush forest, our nature centre is situated around an hour away from Amsterdam and easy accessible via public transport. On the land you fill find a welcoming barn with a fireplace and bathroom, a nearby house with an additional bathroom, and our yurt, serving both as the ceremony space as well as the space where we sleep. Embracing nature as the primary source of our health and wellbeing, we serve fresh herbal teas and organic, vegan meals with local and seasonal sourced ingredient
