MEET YOUR RETREAT HOST:
Hello, I’m Becca, the founder of Emotional Liberation with Becca Williams. My life’s work is to support people in releasing stress, overwhelm and the self-defeating behaviors that are interfering with their happiness – so they can connect with what's meaningful in their lives.
As an emotions therapist, a clinical nutritionist, and a sacred medicine facilitator, I'm passionate about the potency of collective healing in small group gatherings. I truly believe that we can grow exponentially through the shared intention, exploration, and creation of our journey together – because each person’s discovery is an invitation for another person’s break through.
With my nurturing and careful support, you'll dive into a journey of deep self-discovery in a secure, intimate group environment. During our time together you are no longer walking this path alone – as a group we create space for vulnerability, support, and authentic human-to-human connection.
For over twenty years, I've had the privilege of guiding people through their journeys of healing and transformation. But it has been in the last 8 years that I have included the transformative power of psilocybin alongside my Emotional Liberation programs to deepen the healing journey, offering a unique pathway to self-discovery and emotional freedom.
As a clinician, I appreciate that research has shown that both microdosing and macrodosing psilocybin enhances the process of neuroplasticity – the ability to form and reorganize synaptic connections in the brain to develop new patterns of thought and behavior helping to overcome limiting subconscious beliefs.

Directions
Where do I fly into? What’s the best way to get to the retreat villa?
You have several options:
The main airport in Southern Portugal is the Faro airport (airport abbreviation is FAO). It’s about an hour away from our retreat villa, which is outside Lagos. You could:
• Fly into Lisbon and connect to a flight to Faro and then train to Lagos (1 hr train ride).
• Fly into Faro (FAO) from select American and European cities. Then take a (1 hour) train ride or (2-hour) bus ride from Faro to Lagos.
• Recommended: If you are flying into Lisbon, you can then take the train (a leisurely scenic 4-ish hours) to Lagos, where our retreat villa is. You would want to land in Lisbon airport in the morning and then Uber/taxi over to the train station for an early afternoon train to Lagos. And then you would Uber/taxi to our retreat villa.
You could also add a few days before or after your trip to explore Lisbon – a world class city.

Accommodation
Our villa features spacious sleeping quarters, each furnished with cozy twin beds and an ensuite bathroom for your comfort. Whether you’re attending alone or with a good friend or partner (push the twins together), there’s an option for you! While all rooms are designed for double occupancy, we also offer the option to enjoy the space privately if that calls to you. If you would like a roommate, we’re committed to thoughtfully matching you with another guest who is also looking for a (same gender) companion. In the event that a match isn’t available, your room will be considered a private accommodation (for a supplemental fee of €415). Choose your view during Early Bird! Rooms have expansive views of the ocean, pool, mountains or countryside. The choice of view is by request on a first-come, first-served basis.
