7:45 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.: Meditation and body awakening
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.: Breakfast
9:45 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Qi Gong Theory, symbolism and practice
12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.: Lunch
1:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: Free time, nap, walk along the river, under the tall trees of the forest, to the neighboring castles, and by the ponds...
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Heart walk or Afghan walk, with conscious breathing
4:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.: Qi Gong
7:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m.: Dinner
8:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.: Preparation for sleep, "sound journey"
