About this Retreat
Dori is a yoga instructor, sound therapist and tour organizer. She combines yoga, spirituality, breathwork, mindfulness, sound baths, meditations and Hike&Yoga tours to provide full wellness for your body, mind and spirit.
My qualifications:
• Hatha & Ashtanga vinyasa yoga (200hrs) - India
• Mysore Ashtanga (100hrs) - Thailand
• Yin yoga (100hrs) - Hungary
• Reiki master
• Music & sound therapist
• Breathwork facilitator
• Cacao ceremony facilitator
A calm and peaceful spirit, specialized in behavioral science and sound healing therapy and with long and proven experience of performing and facilitation around Europe. His personal challenge is to bring innovation in traditions. He loves to connect with nature and discover new mystical places.
