Meet Colin from the UK, a versatile professional with a background as an audio engineer, musician, metaphysician, and an accelerated learning expert, boasting over 22 years of experience.
His last decade has been devoted to unravelling the mysteries of reality through compass construction, leading to the formulation of intriguing mathematical concepts that provide profound answers to some of life’s most fundamental questions.
Meet Heike from Germany, a multifaceted individual, encompassing roles as a bio scientist, yogi, dancer, artist, and musician. Starting with a Yoga TTC in Rishikesh, India, it opened up a pathway into the profound realms of Sacred Geometry. Since 10 years, she is a catalyst for consciousness elevation. Her unique ability to articulate complex concepts in an engaging and comprehensible manner promises an enlightening journey for all participants.
Diana (Portugal) is an architect, designer, yoga & meditation instructor. Having practised yoga for 2 decades, trained in India and also with the Jivamukti school, she’s been teaching for 9 years now.
Expect an asana practice with breath work, chanting, meditation, geometric alignments and powerful music. Check out her studio in Portugal.

Our yoga sessions will focus not only on physical postures, but also on how they evolved. This includes the origins of the practices in yoga’s ancient sacred texts and five-thousand-year-old traditions.

What is 4D awareness?
Yoga is intimately linked to beautiful Mandalas seen all over Indian culture. Each is linked to a chakra found within the human body. By activating these energy centres, you are able to open your awareness, and tune into your inner knowing.
Yet, this internal energy system is only one part of the story. Additionally, we have a field of energy, the aura, that surrounds us. This was termed the Sphere of Sensation by the Hermetic teachings. Just like chakras, the aura is formed of various layers, which also conform to a geometric blueprint. In 4D Yoga, we incorporate the study of the human energy system through geometric principles, and engage with practices that help us to explore, visualise and activate our inner power.
Merkaba Meditation
The Merkaba, meaning light-spirit-body, is a 4D geometric construct that acts as a spiritual vehicle. It exists as a particular type of energy field around the body, that we will activate through visualisation, breathing, and meditation following the ancient esoteric teachings of the Kabbalah. This will enable you to connect directly with your subconscious to be guided towards a clear direction and help you to manifest your goals.

We rendezvous in Aljezur town centre, and provide transfer from there.
Accommodation
Accommodation is in an off grid traditional “Monte Algarvio” (Algarve cottage), where you find cosy bedrooms shared between 2 – 3 people. It has a large rustic community space perfect for evening entertainment.

The countryside cottage ‘Chatô Cherie’ is located in the back land of Aljezur, between hills and ocean, on the Algarve west coast of Portugal. It is 1h15 away from Faro airport, 30 min from Lagos & train station, 10 min to Aljezur centre and about 20 min from the Atlantic Ocean.
