Achieving spiritual wellness is a critical area that a person can use to improve overall health and well-being, but it is often wrongly stigmatised. There are many health benefits related to spiritual wellness, such as increasing your feelings of peace and hope, reducing stress, anger, and anxiety and helping you to deal with trauma or a diagnosis of serious illness, helping to bring you inner peace.

Too often, we lose touch with our senses and live on autopilot, allowing our unconscious psyche to run the show. Using mindfulness activities is essential to our well-being. They help us realise the extent to which we have lost touch with our senses and feelings. Giving us the opportunity prompts us to self-align and be in sync with our true nature.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS comes from being equipped with a set of principles, beliefs, values, and morals that lend a sense of meaning and purpose in your life. To connect with something bigger and more significant than you can serve as a guiding light for your actions going ahead. Spiritual wellness means achieving harmony with one’s surroundings and balancing one’s personal needs with the needs of others.

Our retreat can help you nurture your personal growth and well-being in a safe space to embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. You will be gently guided through a wide range of experiences and effective ways to activate and deepen your spiritual awareness. Building a new self-image based on ‘How do I feel?’ We discover our deep sorrows and shift them to our new self-image and who we choose to be. Our thoughts create our internal emotions and external behaviours. Ultimately, we become who we think we are.

We can arrange for you to be picked up by taxi from Granada or Malaga Airport should you wish.

Accommodation

We offer you a comforting sanctuary and homely experience. Each of the eight rooms has an intimate and minimalist atmosphere surrounded by mountains, nature and seclusion. With access to TVs, Wi-Fi, wooden hand-built wardrobes, air-conditioning for cooling and heating, en-suites, key card entry and stylish contemporary furnishings.

EVOLVE INTEGRAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING Retreat and Referral Services is based in Murchas, Lecrin Valley, cosily nestled in the picturesque province of Granada, Spain. The clinic operates from the boutique hotel “LA BOHÈME”, named as such to commemorate the Italian opera composed by Giacomo Puccini between 1893 and 1895. Our recently renovated beautiful hotel, which will open its doors in the winter of 2024, has 8 large bedrooms with ensuites, terraces, treatment pool, therapy/activity spaces.
