About this Retreat

Corine BOMBLED is originally from San Francisco where she began movement at the age of 4 in her first dance class - it was Tap. From then on, the world of movement, music, and body and mind connection became an endless adventure. At the age of 18, Corine decided to explore outside of California and moved to the French Alpes. She ended up staying 12 years where she continued to dance with her yoga mat always near by. From the mountains, Corine took her next adventurous leap to Asia for 7 years (China and Japan). In Shanghai, she opened her first dance and yoga studio (Dance Studio 5) where she taught yoga, pilates, contemporary, hiphop and tap dance to the local and expat community. With a degree in dance and choreography from the University of San Francisco, a dance teacher degree from France, along with a 500HR-ERYT Yoga Certification from San Francisco ... Corine is a true lover of movement, teaching and is addicted to sharing her passion of mind and body connection with everyone who meets her on her global path. Today she lives the yoga lifestyle in the French Alpes where she opened a Yoga & Meditation Studio : Studio Lotus 333 and enjoys snowboarding, teaching modern dance and hiphop, performing and losing herself in the woods. She looks forward to guiding you through morning Vinyasa Flows with a dance element and in the evening diving deep into the luxurious silence of Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. Is your element water? Do you like to have flow in your life or you're looking for flow? Enjoy me for this 7 day YOGA IMMERSION to dive deep into your practice and deep into your Self. We will begin with a lovely gentle morning Vinyasa Yoga flow and explore the beautiful environment during the day with free time to hike, swim, enjoy a massage, rest and restore. Each evening we will meet back at the hotel for a deep dive into the Yin Yoga practice where silence will become your best friend. I look forward to guiding you through poetic meditations and Pranayama techniques that you can take with you for a lifetime. My teachings are adapted to all levels of yogis...even if you've never done yoga before and consider yourself "unflexible." You don't need to be flexible to do yoga...it's all about having a flexible mind. I look forward to guiding you on the mat and discovering the trails and waters together on the magical island of Amorgos. Dive deep into a transformational retreat experience in a secure space where you can be your authentic self.
