Minnie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, having spent seven years teaching at some of London's best boutique studios, specializing in yoga and mobility for athletes and sports. She started out as a yoga instructor studying in India, but she has since expanded her expertise and earned certifications as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports Masseuse, and Stretch Therapist. Using her extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement along with her involvement in sports, she helps people of all physical backgrounds become more flexible and strong.

Yoga classes & more
Morning Yoga: Expect Vinyasa flows, with innovative sequences and time for introspection. With an energetic exercise aimed at rousing the body, mind, and soul in preparation for the day ahead, we will start the day off strong. With a variety of alternatives to support you in connecting with your body and breath, it will be a practice appropriate for all skill levels.
Practice in the afternoon: To wind down at the end of the day, the afternoon practices will range from Yin Yoga to stretch and mobility sessions, with a dash of breathwork and meditation thrown in. Your recovery sessions are equally as crucial as your exercise sessions. Work out hard, recover even harder!
Masterclass: Fitness Class - Full Body Sweat. We will be working up a sweat since it's crucial to maintain our heart health guiding you through body-weight exercises to increase your heart rate, improve strength, and release endorphins.
All practices are open to yogis of all levels, from beginners to experienced.
