Malaika dedicated herself to create sacred space in ritual and ceremony to help restoring balance to people's distorted civilized culture. She is a qualified ISHTA yoga teacher, water dance practitioner, African dance performer and teacher, as well as the creator of 5 Elements Dance Activation - a shamanic dynamic meditation dance journey embodying the five cardinal elements namely earth, water, fire, air, and spirit. She has been facilitating groups for more than 25 years in India, Australia, Africa, China, USA, Costa Rica, Europe, and Egypt.

06:00 Sunrise meditation and ocean swim
07:00 - 08:30 Somatic yoga or embodied dance practice for the female body
09:00 Breakfast
11:00 - 12:30 Morning session
Each day is a delicious different practice or process to support the peeling away and shedding of what has stood in the way of your light, for example, earth day African dance with live drumming, fire day fire puja and singing by the fire, water day water dance in the pool.
13:00 - 15:00 Lunch and free time
15:00 - 17:30 Afternoon session
Each day is different and continues from the morning session to support the process, for example, earth day is all about healing your root chakra, connections to family, ancestral lineages, the earth, and your relationship to money, survival, and your body. Water is all about your emotional well-being, balancing your emotions, clearing stagnant energy from your womb igniting your sensuality, and reclaiming your flow.
19:00 Dinner and free time for integration, massages, journaling, or resting. Some evenings will have a program of either Balinese dance, cacao ceremony, kirtan, and a fire on the beach.

Directions
The In My Elements team will organize a driver to pick you up for approximately 30 USD, paid directly to your driver.
Accommodation
The private luxury eco-retreat center is located in Bali's peaceful northside and is situated right on the tranquil ocean. The grounds are lush tropical gardens with two pools. All rooms have either a fan or air conditioner, are cleaned daily, and have private bathrooms with hot water. There are a large open-air wooden yoga shala for the dance sessions, a Balinese temple for traditional ceremonies, an outdoor fire pit for evening ceremonies, an ice bath for breathing cold, and exquisite open-air dining under the banyan tree right on the ocean! Paradise! You just have to get yourself to Bali and we got you from there to embark on a once-in-a-lifetime transformational journey the beauty way!
