Applied Neuroscience Trainer
Mona Patru has vast training experience in the field of applied psychology (Process Communication Modelâ Certified Trainer), comprehensive knowledge in applied neuroscience and individual practice with complementary approaches; NLP Practitioner and Advanced DNA ThetaHealing™ Practitioner. By incorporating key concepts from these expansive subjects and focusing on experiential learning, she offers participants in her training a comprehensive toolkit designed to address the complexities of human nature.
Mona is an avid learner passionate about the intricacies of human beings, with an innate gift for sharing knowledge and conveying practical skills. Her sessions are characterized by interactivity and entertainment, skillfully combining scientific-based methods with alternative practices to uncover the inner motivation for change, even in the most skeptical of individuals.

Teacher of Yin & Yang Yoga and Mindfulness
Passionate about communication and connection, Amanda is London-born who has called Spain home since 1995. With a background in international sports communication and translation, Amanda found solace and self-discovery through yoga during frequent travels with round-the-world yacht races.
Feeling a calling to share this transformative experience, Amanda transitioned to teaching Yin and Yang yoga as well as mindfulness practices in 2011. Rooted in an integral therapeutic approach, Amanda's classes prioritize self-care, encouraging individuals to attentively listen to their own sensations, adapt to their present needs, and cultivate trust. The emphasis is on dropping self-demands, fostering greater trust, and ultimately, finding calm and ease.
Health Trainer and Private Chef
Helena's culinary approach revolves around nutrition and well-being. She aims to nourish individuals with wholesome, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients. Her meals are free from gluten, GMOs, preservatives, sugar, and the intricacies of processed and refined foods.
Her culinary menus are not only delicious but also aligned with nature, having a particular focus on anti-inflammatory principles and gut health. During this retreat, her food will nourish us from inside and positively impact our physical, mental and emotional health. She believes that "we are what we eat and how we eat" and encourages us to make the right choices so we can embark on a journey towards a healthier life and holistic well-being.
