Hatha Yoga
Practice traditional Hatha Yoga as part of the retreat’s daily morning routine.

Meditation & Pranayama
Continue with guided meditation and yogic breathing practices to develop calmness and awareness.
10:00 – 11:30
Optional Ashtanga Yoga / Breakfast
Join the optional Ashtanga practice or use this time for breakfast.
Midday

Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian meal as part of the retreat programme.

Rest & Personal Time
Take time to rest and relax between the morning practices and afternoon session.

Relax and prepare for the next day of yoga, meditation and retreat activities.
Note: This is the standard practice-day schedule published for Days 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. The retreat also has separate excursion days for Pushkar Lake Aarti, the 11-foot Shiva Lingam with Abhishek, Savitri Temple, and the Panchkund trek. Day 1 and the Day 11 checkout morning follow different schedules.
