Meet Cristina Escalona

In 2012, while residing in Australia, Cristina experienced a period of heightened anxiety, restlessness, and an uncertain outlook on the future. These emotions hindered her ability to enjoy life to its fullest. However, through her discovery of yoga and other mindfulness techniques, Cristina began to recognize the significance of prioritizing self-care in daily life.

This awakening led her to integrate habits that transformed her into a healthier individual, equipped with the tools to manage her thoughts and emotions in challenging moments. Today, Cristina is eager to share her journey with you, guiding you towards a more serene, fulfilling, and vibrant life, all within just four weeks.

Cristina is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and a facilitator of self-awareness processes. Since 2017, she has been dedicated to assisting individuals like you in reducing stress and anxiety, ultimately helping you regain holistic well-being, addressing both the body and the mind.


A Transformative Journey :

Not too long ago, Cristina was a person riddled with insecurity, burdened by fears and limiting beliefs that prevented her from feeling fulfilled. She feared falling ill, struggled with self-acceptance, and often found herself lost and confused. Physical discomforts, such as muscle tension and other aches, were a common occurrence.

Today, she appreciates the discomfort she once felt, as it served as the catalyst for her to take action and improve her well-being. Her transformation involved integrating new habits, changing her lifestyle and mindset, and, most importantly, making self-care a priority. Yoga, meditation, and further training were pivotal to her journey.

A Turning Point: The turning point in Cristina's life occurred in 2012 when, during a period of uncertainty, she felt restless and anxious. It was then that she discovered the practice of Hatha Yoga. With just 15 minutes of daily practice, she experienced a soothing serenity that surprised her. This led her to delve deeper into yoga, meditation, and spirituality, creating a harmonious flow in her life.

She opened her mind to new possibilities, learned the importance of beliefs and thoughts, and realized that it's possible to live with serenity, confidence, health, and fulfillment. These insights have been invaluable during pivotal moments in her life, such as transitions, emotional breakups, and the loss of loved ones.
