This 7-day Movement Retreat at Oakstone Hills combines yoga, functional training, and conscious recovery – a holistic approach that supports strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation, all without performance pressure.

Directions
Oakstone Hills is located in the heart of Central Portugal, in the Dão region. The nearest international airport is Porto (OPO), approx. 90 minutes by car. From the airport, we recommend renting a car or booking a private shuttle. Lisbon Airport (LIS) is about 2,5 hours away by car.
