Mission & Vision
We exists to create spaces where depth becomes possible: not self-improvement theatre, but real psychological work that reaches the places words alone cannot. Àndala Journey offers retreats and intensives rooted in relational psychotherapy, embodied practice, and creative process, held with structure, care, and clinical responsibility. We believe transformation happens when the psyche is met on multiple levels: mind, body, imagination, and relationship. Our work is for people who are ready to engage honestly with their patterns, restore inner coherence, and leave with both a felt shift and practical ways to integrate it into daily life.

We have arranged private transportation from and to Olbia (OLB) for retreat guests. The drive is about 154 km and typically takes around 2 hours 14 minutes.
Alternative airport: Cagliari Elmas Airport (CAG), Italy
Driving distance is about 135 km, usually around 2 hours by car.
Recommended connections
Private transfer (recommended): Fly into Olbia (OLB) and use our arranged private transport to Santa Maria Navarrese (details shared after booking).
Car rental: Available from both OLB and CAG. Driving is straightforward and offers the most flexibility.
Public transport (slower, but possible): Bus connections typically route via Tortolì, then onward to Santa Maria Navarrese.
