Our retreat exists to offer a space of pause, presence, and meaningful connection through cultural immersion, nature, and shared experience. We believe that stepping away from daily rhythms—into environments rooted in beauty, history, and intentional living—creates the conditions for reflection, clarity, and renewed perspective. Our vision is to host experiential retreats that blend movement, reflection, nourishment, and culture in a grounded, non-clinical setting, inviting individuals to reconnect with themselves, the land, and one another in an authentic and human way. Blending mindfull practises such as yoga, breathwork, méditation, inner exploration, mindful eating and nutritional education.

Directions
The retreat location is accessible from Geneva International Airport or Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport. From either airport, travel toward the town of Tournus, crossing the river and continuing through several small Burgundian villages. The commune of Loisy is located near the river La Seille, close to the well-known local restaurant Restaurant La Loisy.
