The Woman Unmasked exists to support women when the old way of living no longer fits. Founded by Lisa Alexander, a mother of two and a former commercial lawyer who experienced burnout and deep disconnection before leaving her high pressure corporate life to return to what was true. With over a decade of experience in Yoga, Sound Therapy, Human Design, NLP and nervous system based work, she offers retreats that help women step out of performance, release who they have been for others, and reconnect with their own clarity, self trust and inner authority.

The nearest international airport to the retreat is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali.
From Denpasar Airport, Ubud is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours by car, depending on traffic.
Once you arrive in Bali, you can travel to the retreat centre by:
