Mission & Vision
Mukta Tantra Yoga is the Essence of Asiatic Mysticism, a direct approach to ultimate freedom and to go beyond ‘Now‘. It is a Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga of Tantric Asanas, Kundalini, Tantric Chakras, Tantric Mantras, Tantric Meditations, Tantric philosophy, Tantric Breath, Bandhas, Prana, Sounds, Vibrations, Light, Prana, Tantric Elements, Energies, Soma and Recognition.
It helps to remain present in the moment and to unlock the free flow of bliss, which is also called Kundalini Shakti in Tantra. To understand and freeing these energies, we use practical philosophy inspired by Traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga and Kashmir Shaivism (also called Himalayan Tantra, Agama, Trika, etc.) and from Mukta’s Father and various Mystics as well as Mukta’s life experiences.
