Women in Tantric Buddhism
This self-paced course was extraordinary! What an incredible group of highly educated scholars who are also deeply committed women practitioners. They provided an entirely new perpsective and I was introduced to women teachers, practitioners and yogis unknown to myself and I'm sure many others! Pema Khandro's conversations with each of these scholars was exquisite and of such a high caliber! I felt, as one who identifies as a woman, represented in the world of Buddhism as never before.

Saga Dawa 2023 online
Such a beautiful and heartful experience being able to hear the sangha and Chod retreat participants at Dakini Mountain opening with a powerful chanting and drumming of the Seven Line Prayer, then Khandro-la giving a reflective and inspiring dharma teaching. I felt so fortunate to be able to attend online thanks to the Buddhist Studies Institute, since I was unable to attend in person. My aspiration prayer was realized in getting to practice the concise Chod with the other chodpas for the closing. It was a beautiful celebration that filled me with joy on that auspicious day. Deep gratitude to all who made this program possible and accessible 🙏🏾💛

Women Scholars
Wonderful discussion between two women scholars of Buddhist philosophy. I appreciate the opportunity to listen to two perspectives amongst friends. Wonderful to hear the new opportunities for women and especially women Buddhist Nuns. Many thanks to these two leaders who have helped with this important work by dedicating their lives to serving.

Buddhist Women Then and Now
What a treat it was to attend the class "Buddhist Women Then and Now" The beautiful slides and commentary by Ven. Karma Lekshe Tsomo PhD was delightful and educational. Afterwards the interview with her and Pem Khandro PhD was so inspiring. Even online I felt very fortunate to listen to their conversation and to be in the presence of two magficanit women in the the Buddhist dharma.

Buddhist Women Then & Now at Ngakpa International
I so appreciated the slides and explanation of the historical unfolding of women in the dharma. I learned new information and was brought up to date as to the growing number of ordained women in different countries.
I apprciated the personal sharing of 2 women who have known one another for awhile. How difficult the path has been and how much appreciation they both have of their current status after years of hard work.
I appreciated the acknowledgment of the rigor it takes to make progress on the path and how women are capable of it in a way that men are still unable to accept and support.
Thank you for offering this personal and historical sharing. Please continue to bring this wisdom to the world.
