The food will be locally sourced Vegan and Gluten free Colombian cuisine. On the days of ceremony the meals will be 'dieta' friendly. That means little salt, no oils and easy to digest.

• If you are flying from the US, you will want to land in Colombia’s capital Bogotá. We recommend staying a day or two in the city to enjoy a few of its many attractions. • Your connecting flight to the final destination of Villa Garzón can only be booked through the Satena website. You won’t find this flight on Google flights. Also please note that this flight does not operate daily. • If you are planning a short layover in Bogotá and just need a place to stay the night before your connecting flight, we recommend one of the many big hotels close to the airport, like the Marriott. • There are designated taxis at the airport to take you where you need to go upon arrival or thereafter. You must visit the outside kiosk and let them know where you would like to go, you will then be quoted a fare and assigned a taxi cab. • The day your retreat starts you will be picked up by a member of staff as long as you are at the Villa Garzon airport or in a place within Villa Garzón. If you’re 18 years of age or older, to enter Colombia you must present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing you have at least started a vaccina- tion schedule. If you're partially vaccinated, or if you've received your last dose less than 14 days before travel, you must also show a negative COVID-19 (PCR or antigen) test. Unvaccinated non-resident foreigners aren't allowed to enter Colombia. If you're a Colombian citizen or a resident foreigner over 18 years of age and haven't started your vaccination schedule, you can enter Colombia by presenting a negative COVID-19 (PCR or antigen) test. If entering by sea, you must also present a negative COVID-19 (PCR or antigen) test re- sult regardless of your vaccination status.
