Retreats are offered at a peaceful, private center near Paquera in the southern area of the Nicoya peninsula, Costa Rica. Enjoy the lush tropical environment, fresh air, quietude, sunny days, gulf ocean views, and local pristine beaches. A sparkling, highly mineralized pool overlooks a tranquil jungle view. Wildlife abounds and enchants daily: scarlet macaws, monkeys, foxes, iguanas, and a virtual symphony of birds.

Directions

Our shuttles pick up guests at the Liberia airport & a nearby hotel in Costa Rica at appointed times. A private driver takes guests to our private and spacious luxury space. Detailed travel logistics information are provided upon registration.

Exquisite Care and a Transcendent Experience

It is clear that the staff and owners of SoulCentro are deeply devoted to spiritual, physical, emotional, and psychological healing and personal growth for all those who attend their retreats. The delicate care and attention to detail for all things created - from the meals made with pure love to the intentionality put into their traditional healing experiences, were exceptional. Most memorable is they helped you feel like family. I felt very at home and cared for, which helped me get the most from my experience.

For me, Elizabeth and Chor were the Exact people that I needed to work with to tackle the jungle of entities I walked in with. I didn't know that going in, but my ancestors did, for a fact. Thank you for letting/helping me SURRENDER and get ugly, get cleaned up, and get ready to give this life another go.
Let go of expectations, notions around ‘retreat’ or even ‘psychedelic’ as mainstreamed in the west. This is far from a place of comfort and ease, it is ancient surgery - exactly what I needed in order to be shaken out of the burdens, lies, trauma that are not mine to pet if I sincerely want to live my life fully. Nima Gnyangou and Mbeye held me with profound groundedness, while I tantrumed and tested them in my most vulnerable state where everything I thought I knew, studied for a decade became a figment of my imagination! At one point, the only thing real, was everything I learned to hide since birth. Iboga yanked the truth out of me! By the 5th day, I was iterating a mantra I never imagined I’d say out loud w full conviction, “I love my life” Iboga yanked the truth out of me!!!
If you are a control freak in complete denial like me, seemingly well-contained, compartmentalized, aka betraying your chance at life by striving to keep up with modernity, please consider this unplug. Thank You forever, Iboga.

What a journey! Get ready for a ride of shedding that which no longer serves you. Soulcentro offered a unique weeklong holistic adventure, the most fulfilling I have ever experienced as a self-proclaimed retreat and wellness enthusiast. The staff was warm and provided a setting where loving kindness was abundant. Elizabeth's yoga offerings and her trauma-informed way of engaging coupled with Chor's powerful sourcing of nature was the foundation for this impressive retreat. I can't wait to return!

Profound Experience Like No Other

Thank you Elizabeth, Chor and the entire SoulCentro Team! Words feel inadequate to fully express what my soul feels and wants to say. I was called to the medicine to connect with my ancestors - my brain limited it to my Korean Shaman Ancestors (I've now seen how expansive my lineage is!) This is truly a mind medicine. This spirit scrubs every corner of the mind, releasing the remains of old thought patterns I thought were resolved. The last remains of wounds that other plant medicines and healing modalities left behind, energetically this medicine is like nothing I've experienced and I am eternally grateful. In those tender moments post journey days, the SoulCentro team was so attentive, caring, and loving. They welcome you and care for you like family!
