We conduct our retreats at various venues in Northern California, all within a 2-3 hour drive of major airports (San Francisco; Oakland; Sacramento). All are secluded retreat centers to allow you to focus on you on your journey of growth.

Menu Types

On-site catered meals and snacks include omnivore, vegetarian and vegan upon request. Hi-protein supplement may be requested for a nominal charge.

Directions

Our retreat centers are all less than a 1.5 hour drive from the closest major airport, which may be San Francisco, Oakland, or Sacramento.

HAI fosters the celebration of consensual, nourishing our work encourages people to interact with each other with dignity, respect, understanding, trust, kindness, compassion, reverence, honesty, and love. We offer 9 different weekend residential workshops on the subjects of love, intimacy, and healthy designed to support participants in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and in exploring new ways to be in relationship. Somatic practices and thoughtful at-choice exercises solidify the learning.
