Join us for a yoga retreat to connect with your inner essence and recharge amidst stunning nature in beautiful Panama. You will deepen your yoga practice with daily yoga and meditation classes, develop your skills with three practical workshops (Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Breathwork) and replenish your energy with a Cacao Ceremony and so much more. Our retreat is designed to encourage you to connect with your body sensations, emotions and visions while integrating internal and external movement in a in a kind, gentle, aware and safe way. Our chefs will craft a delicious menu specifically tailored to your dosha (body type) based on Ayurveda-inspired cuisine. An experience to connect with yourself through yoga, bodywork, meditation and breathwork, inspiring you to be the best version of yourself.

Our retreat will be hosted by Naturalmente Boutique Bungalows, a sustainable boutique hotel run by Chantal and Giorgio, an Italian-Swiss and Italian-Argentine couple passionate about cooking, hospitality and ecology.

Directions
When you arrive at Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport (PTY), the easiest way to get to the retreat is to take another plane to David, Enrique Malek International Airport (DAV) (1-hour flight).
From David Airport you take a taxi to the Bus Terminal David and from there you take a bus to San Felix (1-hour drive). In San Felix, you take a taxi to Naturalmente Boutique Bungalows (5 min drive).
You can also take a bus from Panama City\'s bus station \"Albrook\" to San Felix (6 hours drive).
