The retreat will be hosted in the beautiful location of Ataraxia Lodge Bocas del Toro. Ataraxia is a sustainable hotel owned by Manon and Pierre, a Belgian couple passionate about travelling, hospitality and ecology.
The place is located on the island of Batimentos. It is just remote enough to allow you to disconnect and fully immerse yourself in the quietness and the nature around you. You will be surrounded by the jungle while remaining a few steps away from the ocean.

Directions
If you arrived at Panama City’s Tocumen International Airport (PTY), the easiest way to get to the retreat is to take another plane from Albrook Airport (the other airport in Panama City, you can go from one to the other with uber or taxi) to Bocas del Toro airport (1-hour flight). You can also take a night bus from Panama City bus station to Bocas Del Toro (11hours). Once you arrive in Bocas del toro you can go to “Boteros de Bastimentos\'” dock and ask a boat driver to take you to Ataraxia. It is only a short, 10-min. boat ride away.
