In yoga classes today it seems there is an epidemic of unchallenging sequences, less than inspiring music, and disempowering language. While creating a safe all-levels class is core, there is an infinite piece missing from most classes today. In Yoga we are creating Union, with the DIVINE, with GOD, with the BEYOND. This is no simple matter.
Our trainings strive to give you tools to not only lead a solid yoga class, but to teach transcendent wisdom for all levels from beginner to the most advanced. We will teach you things other schools dare not teach, play music loud until it shakes your soul, and gift you the art of uplifting and inspiring language.

THE SPACE is located on 4.5 acres of wild jungle and there is an organic farm on the property. This means that all meals are of the freshest and local quality possible! There are plenty of places to roam and hang out at the center and just a short trip to the beach!
A cleaning service will come and turn over the rooms every three days so you will be living in a super clean space throughout your stay.

Directions
Please book your flight to arrive at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) or Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) in Nicaragua. It is advised to fly into LIR or MGA, as SJO is about a six-hour ride away.
Shuttle/Taxi transportation is $100 each way as both airports are ~2 hours away
$200 round trip shuttle service (recommended)
